Mitch Paradis
President & Founder
Founded and operated by Mitch Paradis, a dedicated hockey professional with deep roots in the sport, our organization is committed to nurturing talent at all levels. Growing up in the small town of Grand Falls, New Brunswick, Mitch discovered his love for hockey at an early age. His journey in the sport has taken him through a distinguished career, encompassing roles as an assistant coach, goalie coach, junior hockey head scout, and various management positions in some of the most prestigious leagues.
With an impressive hockey resume and a profound understanding of the game, Mitch is uniquely positioned to foster player development. His extensive knowledge not only simplifies the learning process but also inspires confidence in every player. Through effective communication and a dynamic coaching approach, Mitch brings out the best in each athlete, ensuring they reach their full potential on and off the ice. Dave Kennedy
Director of Goalie Development
Dave Kennedy has been a goaltending coach for over 15 years, working with everyone from NHL prospects to youth goalies. Growing up in Moncton, New Brunswick, he has established a solid reputation as one of the best goalie coaches in Canada.
Not many goalie coaches have a resume like Dave's; he has won at every level, including a Memorial Cup championship in 2018. Additionally, Dave is the founder of the Atlantic Goaltending Academy, where he continues to develop the next generation of goaltenders.
